The time it takes to produce a website depends on the size and complexity of your site. A basic website typically takes around 10 working days from beginning to end. Some more custom and complex project may take longer.

Yes, using responsive design we ensure our sites work on all devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets and mobiles.
Do you write the content for my site?
Yes, we can! We work with talented and experienced copywriters to help you get your message across simply and directly. Our copywriters can even write content that can help your site be found via Google.
Can you design my logo?

Can you help me source photos for my website?
Yes. We will help you source stock photos from sites such as www.crestock.com and www.istock.com. We also have photographers and videographers available to produce custom photography and videos for your website.
Do I own my website?
YES! Everything that we build will be 100% owned by you. Most of our clients stay with us for the life of the website. Our team is just irresistible that way. But if for any reason you decide you want to take your site to another hosting service and get another company to service the site, we will happily assist you in making the transition as effortlessly and efficiently as possible. The website is yours after all, and we want you to take it wherever you go.
How can I view my web site design as it is in progress?
Cyrus Group uses an extensive project management site for communicating the development process. Upon commencement of your first project you will be given a login and password which will enable you to access our project site. There you will be able to see the status of your project, leave messages & see design concepts. All of our works-in-progress are protected by copyright laws and we digitally watermark graphic images to monitor any unauthorized use.
What tips can you give me for designing a web site?
Cyrus Group follows 6 Basic Rules of Web Design. All web sites should be: ✔ Easy to read ✔ Easy to navigate ✔ Easy to find ✔ Consistent in layout and design ✔ Quick to download ✔ Aesthetically pleasing, giving the impression that your company is professional, innovative and a league above your competitors.
How many changes can I make to the web site once I view the first design template?
You can make as many changes as you wish on each revision cycle. We encourage clients to give plenty of feedback so that we can get the design template(s) established as soon as possible. However, sites include three revisions, and further revisions will be charged at an hourly rate.
Do I have to buy a domain name or can Cyrus handle it for me?
Cyrus can buy a domain name on your behalf, as long as the name you want is available. Once you have decided on a domain name you should buy it as soon as possible, as domains name can be purchased by someone else while you are delaying.
Can I upgrade to a larger account?
YES! At any time you can upgrade your site to a larger hosting account. We will simply calculate the difference in value for the remaining portion of hosting services which have been purchased and provide an invoice for the difference in value.
